Q: How can I cancel my subscription?
A: There are two ways you can cancel your subscription. First you may contact your billing processor directly, and they will be able to immediately confirm the cancellation. Our billing processors are CCBill ( https://support.ccbill.com/ ) or Epoch at ( http://www.epoch.com/ ). Or you may email our customer support using the contact form, and we can cancel the subscription for you. We must have at least three business days notice prior to the next billing to ensure we can cancel your membership before it rebills.
