Q: Videos play for a short period, and then just quit.
A: This problem can be experienced with both RealMedia and Windows Media files, and is generally attributed to a slow or busy internet connection. Even our video files encoded at 300 Kbps, can have issues on a DSL or Cable Internet connection. The best method to avoid this is to download the video file to your computer. This can be accomplished by Right Clicking on the link to the video file and choosing "Save As..." or "Save Target As..." from the menu. You must wait until the file has completely downloaded to your computer, before viewing. If the file still only plays part way, then the video file may be corrupted. We do take precautions to avoid this situation, however it can happen from time to time. We would greatly appreciate it if you would contact us, letting us know specifically which video file you are experiencing problems with, providing either the exact video file name, or Part 1 High Rez, or Part 1 250 Kbps.
